• Coordinate with brands to finalize new store design plans based on location, floor area, brand identity, and practical construction requirements.
• Work closely with brand, design, construction, and operations teams to manage project progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with acceptance standards.
• Negotiate project terms with construction teams and material suppliers, identify potential risks, and follow up through contract signing.
• Manage the tendering process, review tender documents and supplier quotations, and evaluate construction contractors to ensure all project requirements are covered.
• Coordinate with brands to implement designated brand spaces within Dongliang stores.
• Manage project-related payment requests, expense records, budget tracking, and cost analysis.

• At least 3 years of experience in fashion retail store fit-outs or commercial space construction project management.
• Strong multitasking, cross-departmental coordination, and cross-city communication skills.
• Excellent on-site management, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other commonly used architectural design software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Associate degree or above; a background in project management, architectural decoration, or a related field is preferred.
• English communication skills are a plus.
