As a Producer at Griffs Production, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing commercial photography and video shoots for our clients. This involves managing all stages of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, ensuring that each project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to execute creative concepts and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additionally, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics for shoots. You will also have the opportunity to take part in the growth and direction of the company, with the potential for partnership opportunities in the future.

• A candidate with 1-2 years of proven experience in organizing commercial photography or video shoots (such as a producer, project manager, or photographer/stylist with coordination experience).
• In-depth knowledge of the full production process and service costs.
• Native Chinese speaker (required) with good proficiency in English (at least intermediate level).
• Strong negotiation, sales, and time management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to be part of a growing entrepreneurial venture, not just an executor.
