• Build AI production workflows: Participate in creating end-to-end AI workflows from concept previs, asset generation to post-production enhancement, improving production efficiency.
• Manage production lifecycle: Oversee project stages from preparation, on-site coordination, to final delivery, balancing quality, budget, and schedule.
• Act as a cross-department translator: Serve as the link between creative, post-production, and technical teams, keeping all parties aligned and ensuring precise execution of creative intent.
• Document lab methodology: Continuously iterate production processes to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AIGC technology with commercial content production, supporting lab innovation.

• Proven production experience: 3–5 years in content production, capable of managing complex timelines calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy learner: Familiar with mainstream Generative AI tools and models, knowledgeable about ComfyUI, able to address uncertainties in workflows.
• Strong aesthetic and narrative sense: High visual literacy, understanding composition, pacing, and social feed aesthetics, able to create content that resonates with audiences.
• Clear logic and communication: Skilled at breaking down complex creative requirements into actionable steps.
• Collaborative mindset: Believes great content is achieved through efficient teamwork and systematized processes.
• Proficient in English as a working language.
• Hands-on experience with ComfyUI or advanced automated workflows.
• Ability to execute “de-AIed” naturalization processes to enhance commercial usability and visual quality.
• Full project experience in creative agencies or content teams, familiar with end-to-end social content production.
