Description
- Work closely with directors and creative teams to help bring creative concepts and production plans to life
- Keep up with fashion industry news and trending topics across media
- Build and maintain a network of artists, suppliers, and production professionals
- Assist with managing schedules, budgets, and costs throughout production and post-production
- Help organize project pitches, prepare project and production documents, and support project execution
- Communicate with clients and other project stakeholders to keep projects moving and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- At least 1 year of advertising production experience in fashion, beauty, sports, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree or above; backgrounds in fashion management, advertising, photography, art, or related fields are preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Overseas study or living experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, MS Office, and other relevant applications
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of CG, VR, or new media is a plus
- Strong organizational, project management, and follow-up skills
- Able to understand project briefs and requirements from clients and creative agencies
