If you have a passion for visual arts, photography, and brand aesthetics, and want to grow quickly in a creative, detail-oriented environment, this could be a good fit. You’ll work closely with producers, clients, and creative teams on a range of visual production projects, with the opportunity to develop into an independent producer within 6–12 months.

• Project Coordination: Assist producers throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with external and internal teams including stylists, retouchers, makeup artists, and other creatives, while keeping track of project timelines and deliverables.
• Client Communication: Assist with client communication, including coordinating materials, passing along information, and supporting day-to-day project execution.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain client databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers, and organize project documents, assets, contracts, and other files.
• Social Media & Outreach: Manage Xiaohongshu content posting and assist with brand outreach and business development.
• Schedule Management: Manage team calendars, reminders, and day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks.
• On-set Support: Assist with photography and production on set, with occasional travel or participation in shoots outside Shanghai.

• Native-level Chinese and basic English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac and office tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience, such as photography, production, events, advertising, or related fields.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills. You’re expected to look for answers independently first, with Google as a preferred starting point, rather than relying on others for every question.
• Calm, focused, and organized, with strong communication skills and a good sense of professional boundaries.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in helping grow the company’s business.
• Able to stay responsive and maintain smooth communication during working hours.

The position is based in Xuhui District, Shanghai, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role starts as part-time with a two-week probation period, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
