Description
- Assist with talent invitations and end-to-end coordination for the Genius Discovery Program Short Film Festival.
- Plan and coordinate schedules and logistics for artists, guests, and their teams during events, working closely with other departments.
- Support talent coordination for other editorial and commercial projects on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the Genius Discovery Program Short Film Festival.
- Previous experience coordinating talent for film festivals, large-scale events, ceremonies, variety shows, or similar projects is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; candidates who can use English as a working language are preferred.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication, coordination, organizational, and execution skills.
- Experience in talent business negotiations is a plus.
