We are looking for an experienced IP Project Director to lead and manage our IP accounts. You will be responsible for strategic positioning, content planning, and ensuring content quality. Your work will directly impact follower growth and content reach. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the strategic positioning of IP accounts and developing content plans under guidance. Oversee topic selection, content quality, and overall account performance.
• Collaborating with the founder through in-depth interviews to understand their personality, company strengths, and value propositions, ensuring content reflects these accurately.
• Guiding the content production team and overseeing video shooting.
• Managing the full content production process, communicating effectively, solving problems, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or above preferred.
• Experience managing personal IP accounts or running influencer/creator accounts is a plus.
• Familiarity with the full process of short video content production.
• Minimum 3 years of media editing/reporting experience.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, able to handle pressure effectively.
