Description
- Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning, with deep insights into target users and platform dynamics.
- Plan and direct content for Douyin/TikTok campaigns, including topic selection, scripting, and shooting guidance, responsible for content performance and conversion results.
- Oversee the full content production process, manage external vendor teams, and ensure content quality matches the campaign schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of content operations experience; background in children, maternal & infant, beauty, or emerging tech brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with Douyin/TikTok content logic, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize content based on data.
- Knowledge of the full content production process, strong team collaboration skills, and experience managing external vendors to efficiently deliver projects.
