• Conduct research for assigned topics, including background research, sourcing information, origin studies, and independent interviews
• Organize collected materials into clear outlines and independently complete article writing
• Manage content production workflows and coordinate with designers, photographers, external contributors, and other collaborators to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay aware of trending topics, audience interests, and current discussions within the food and lifestyle space

• Strong logical thinking and clear, accessible writing skills
• Previous experience in editing, copywriting, or related fields is a plus
• Applicants must provide previous writing samples, especially food-related content
• Basic professional knowledge of food and dining culture required
• Research experience in specific fields such as food science, coffee, wine, or related topics is a plus
