• Plan, create, and publish daily content for Numero China across Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and WeChat Channels, including both visual and video formats
• Independently shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos tailored to different platform styles, ensuring strong engagement and shareability
• Lead content-driven initiatives such as interviews, event coverage, and on-site reporting, including shooting and post-production
• Capture fashion moments through both visuals and storytelling, translating real-life scenes into compelling digital content

• Bachelor’s degree or above; background in journalism, media, fashion, arts, or related fields preferred
• 1+ year of experience in social media content creation/operations; experience in magazines, media, or fashion industry is a plus
• Proficient in CapCut, Jianying, or similar editing tools; able to independently manage full video production workflow
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with celebrities and artists, with good on-the-spot adaptability
• Strong platform sense with deep understanding of Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and trending digital content formats
• Strong interest and aesthetic sensitivity toward fashion, art, and culture
