• Develop creative concepts and proposals based on creative briefs, working closely with the team to bring ideas to life.
• Participate in project collaborations, including video and photo shoots, offline events, and other creative productions.
• Work five days per week in the office.

• Fluent in English, reading and writing; overseas study experience is preferred.
• Proficient in office software, with strong writing skills and the ability to create compelling creative proposals.
• Have a strong aesthetic sense and an interest in commercial fashion and beauty industries; knowledge of film and art is a plus.
• Experience with commercial projects, especially video-led projects, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, self-motivation, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Creative thinker with strong idea-generation skills and sharp insights.
• Understand, appreciate, and identify with the NOWNESS brand and culture.
