• Develop and complete story ideas covering topics such as artists, exhibitions, art institutions, market trends, and cultural phenomena.
• Conduct independent interviews, research, and fact-checking to support articles.
• Work closely with editors on story direction and revise content based on editorial feedback.
• Organize research materials and transform complex topics into clear and engaging written pieces.

• Professional writer with consistent writing experience in art, culture, or related fields.
• Familiarity with the art ecosystem or a specific cultural field, with strong analytical thinking and independent perspectives.
• Strong writing skills with clear structure, accurate expression, and the ability to avoid generic or superficial content.
• Ability to conduct independent interviews, research, and information organization.
• Strong Chinese and English reading skills with the ability to work with English-language materials.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to communicate effectively and deliver work on schedule.
