Description
- Develop editorial concepts and interview content for talent and celebrity shoots.
- Coordinate clothing, accessories, brand loans, and styling for photo shoots.
- Participate in on-site execution of talent shoots.
- Produce interviews, fashion features, runway coverage, and reports on brand events and other editorial content.
- Support commercial projects and incorporate brand placements naturally and appropriately into editorial content.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, designers, and brand developments.
Requirements
- Strong sense of aesthetics and a genuine interest in fashion.
- Previous experience in fashion media, styling, brand PR, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong brand and industry resources are preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations on set.
Benefits
- Compensation consists of a base salary, talent project bonuses, and personal business development commissions.
- Basic total monthly income of approximately RMB 6,000–10,000.
- Experienced editors typically earn RMB 8,000–15,000+ per month.
- No income ceiling for candidates with strong business development and project management capabilities.
