Description
- Plan and create visual content and short videos independently for platforms including Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and Instagram.
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent brand tone, account activity, and audience growth.
- Coordinate and execute on-site shoots, including mobile phone and camera photography.
- Edit videos independently using tools such as Jianying, Premiere, or CapCut.
- Manage and optimize business profiles on platforms including Dianping, Meituan, and Amap, including page updates and customer review responses.
- Review content performance data regularly and provide suggestions for optimization.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in new media operations or content creation; experience with F&B, bars, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels content ecosystems; Instagram operation experience is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate photography and video editing skills, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
- Strong interest in lifestyle trends and cocktail culture, with good aesthetic judgment.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and able to coordinate with venue operating schedules, including weekends and evening shoots.
- Experience with Dianping/Meituan store management and optimization is a plus.
- Ability to create bilingual Chinese-English content is a plus.
- Existing KOL/KOC connections or influencer collaboration experience is a plus.
