Description
- Plan and manage the day-to-day content of Hope Nature’s social media account
- Develop story ideas, creative concepts, and original content independently, including photography, graphic design, and video editing
- Rework footage and materials from nature documentaries into content suited to social media
- Support content planning and production for the studio’s documentary and other projects
- Use audience feedback and content performance data to continuously improve the way stories are presented and visually communicated
Requirements
- Strong visual sense and a clear personal sense of aesthetics, with the ability to recognize high-quality content
- Genuine interest in nature, wildlife, and ecology, with curiosity and a willingness to explore unfamiliar subjects
- Ability to take an idea from an initial concept through to execution independently
- Strong content and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate ideas through photography, graphic design, and video
- Familiarity with photography and video editing
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative software
- A personal portfolio or independent creative work is a plus
- Previous social media account management experience is a plus
- Outdoor or nature observation experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of nature documentaries is a plus
