• Assist with new media content production, including research, copywriting, editing and formatting before publication.
• Track content production and publishing schedules, monitor platform updates, project timelines and urgent content needs.
• Conduct research based on editorial topics, including organizing Chinese and English materials, references and visual assets.
• Support the editorial team with daily operations and content-related tasks.

• Background in architecture, design, art, cultural studies or related fields is preferred.
• Strong sense of timeliness and ability to follow breaking news, project updates and publishing feedback with effective communication.
• Familiarity with new media workflows and ability to adapt to a fast-paced content production environment.
• Strong Chinese and English reading, writing and communication skills, with the ability to organize complex information into clear and accurate content.
• Good research skills, including topic development, background research and information verification.
• Sensitivity to writing, visual presentation and content structure; familiarity with Xiuyue (秀米) formatting tools and basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand editorial feedback and make quick adjustments.
• Able to work on-site at least four days per week, with a minimum internship period of three months.
