• Create and edit thoughtful content around youth mental health, psychology, body image, social relationships, education, personal development and social innovation.
• Manage content across Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account and WeChat Channels, including publishing and comment moderation.
• Follow and document creative projects such as mental health exhibitions, art therapy courses, community activities, and collaborations with hospitals and universities.
• Produce event announcements, interviews, personal stories and project recaps.
• Organize and archive photos, videos, artwork and other project materials to build a reusable content library.
• Participate in editorial discussions, content planning and regular reviews of the team's content direction.
• Contribute to column planning, interviews, video concepts and original content based on personal interests.

• Genuine interest in mental health, psychology, art, philosophy, youth development or social innovation.
• Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to understand a topic and communicate it clearly.
• Verifiable experience in social media operations, writing, interviewing, design or related projects.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Xiumi, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account and WeChat Channels, with an understanding of platform operations and algorithms.
• Basic skills in AI tools, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or other editing and design tools.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage schedules and deliver work on time.
• Respect for different life experiences and an understanding of privacy, ethics and boundaries in mental health communication.
• Willingness to learn and communicate openly when facing difficulties or challenges.
