"Seafood Noodle" is the pedestrian English stand-in for a much more interesting Chinese name, "Shi Mian Maifu," which is literally translated "an ambush from ten sides." Inside, it's pretty much as advertised: several varieties of noodles served with crab, shrimp, croaker, etc. wok-fried or served in a super rich broth. They do pretty tasty wontons too.
