The US's largest chain of luxury steakhouses has heard the siren call of double-digit growth and set up shop in the Mainland. Ruth's Chris's menu is fairly simple and straightforward—six different cuts Aussie Wagyu beef ranging from a petit filet up to a porterhouse for two with a couple of rib eyes and T-bone in between roasted in a trademark oven and slathered with butter. Supplementing that is a selection of chops and seafood options as well as other hearty steakhouses staples like shrimp cocktail, a chop salad and crab cakes. Expect to spend a fair chunk of change.
