Huang Cheng Gen serves very traditional Beijing Hotpot with ornate Beijing-style cloisonné pots and tea sets. The decor is charming, too, with royal palace motifs and servers clad in auspicious red and gold. They also throw in tanghulu (Beijing-style candied hawthorne berries), which is a nice touch.
