One of the old legacy brands that does traditional Shanghainese dim sum. Downstairs it's all take away counters and there are often long lines, especially before traditionally Chinese holidays. Upstairs, it's a sit down restaurant that has the charm of a restaurant that's stuck in the early 90's. Good for a simple lunch and dinner.
