High-heeled themed restaurant by media / television personality Zhao Xiaojie. Rather tacky place with cupcakes, afternoon tea sets, entrees, drinks, creepy dolls, and high-heels. They do have a vending machine outside selling high-heels and dolls, and the Sephora makeup center in the bathroom allows guests to enjoy a free makeover. Trendy amongst Shanghainese, but not cheap for what you get.
