"I’ve been to this salon twice and overall have a good feeling about it. I followed my hairdresser, Jay, here from his previous salon. I’ve been in Shanghai for three years and have hair that is difficult to cut, comb, dry, and highlight so when I found a hairstylist I like, I stayed with him for the last two years. He is a fluent English speaker and very creative and fun. I am always happy when I leave iBen Hair Salon. The only things I am not satisfied with is the slightly high price of the salon, sometimes it feels a little crowded, and the reception does not speak English. If you call, you can ask for Jay because he can speak to anyone, and I highly recommend his service. Other than these few things I’m not satisfied with, I will definitely keep coming back here. The service from Jay is fantastic, and I am happy to pay a higher price for anything regarding hair! I also like the free coffee when I go! "
