Originally from Zhejiang, Shaanxi Nan Lu Flower Master has had her little shop here for 17 years (as of 2016). It's nothing too fancy, but her flowers are cheap (5rmb for roses) and fresh. Plus, she's funny and chatty. She can deliver flowers if you call ahead. Great place to pick up some flowers for someone special on the way home from work, for no reason at all. Note: The shop is ON the east side of Shaanxi Nan Lu, opposite Xinle Lu. Look for the little door.
