Nice flower boutique run by a flower arranger from Kobe. She gets only the finest flowers direct from the flower market, and stocks a large assortment of vases and other ways to make your arrangement pop a bit more. Not crazy expensive -- roses are 10rmb a piece -- but more than your neighborhood flower shop. The lady is super nice.
