After peaceful whisky nook Comet shuttered in 2016 when much of Danshui Lu got shut down, the owners moved to the site of the old Boulevard bar, hidden up on the 7th floor of a hotel. The view is stunning, but the rest is baffling: lamb kebabs; the godfather playing silently; Bob Marley mural in the bathroom; trance music on the speakers; single malt whisky. Weird vibe, not great.
