Located on the overpass that connects the south and north buildings of the Hong Kong Plaza, this cafe features decorations from Cartoon Network's various properties. The cafe offers an assortment of food, drinks, and desserts, but these aren't themed and are comparable to any run of the mill cafe in Shanghai.
