Lobby bar and cafes of the slightly dilapidated Shanghai relic Pacific Hotel. It's on the left when you come in through the revolving front door. Chintzy and a bit grimy but it holds some allure for the nostalgic, historically-minded types. They serve tea, beer, liquor and some eats.
