Da Fu Gui is a special, time-honored Shanghai restaurant, with a history dating back to 1881, mostly doing Anhui cuisine. They have two windows that sell various steamed buns, dumplings and local deli for takeaway, and a canteen-style restaurant that sells popular local snacks such as small wonton, shengjian, red bean dumpling dessert, noodles, pork rib and rice cake, etc. Good for quick eats and pre-made food. The main restaurant is on the second floor, offering classics such as sweet and sour mandarin fish, spicy eight treasures stir-fry, etc. Priced around 100rmb per head.
