A non-partisan, non-profit business organization supporting business relations between China and African nations. They provide up-to-date information about opportunities for investment, acquisitions and venture capital in Africa, and run the "AfCham Youth Empowerment Program," that supports young African professionals in their career development. In 2016, the Chamber had about 200 members, covered 35 countries, and had a network that included about 1,500 companies throughout Africa. Membership includes free access to their training and networking events, various services such as visa support and consultation, and member discounts on things like flight tickets. They also have offices in Paris and Pretoria.
