Run by InterContinental, it was announced in 2014 and opened in late 2018. It's 19-stories deep, not tall, with around 400 rooms of eco-friendly hotel built into a flooded quarry. That puts two floors under the lake, facing into aquarium walls (not the lake itself). Non-subaquatic room prices are 2,000rmb+ per night and rooms with underwater views (again, into an aquarium) start from 13,000rmb. They've built hanging gardens around the edge of the quarry and offer extreme sports like rock climbing and bungee jumping, as well as water sports. They've got an underwater restaurant with a five-meter deep aquarium wall too.
