Regarded as one of the best specialty coffee brewers in Japan, this is Horiguchi Coffee's fourth cafe, and the first overseas (the other three are in Japan). They do drip coffee with the sort of concentration and attention you'd more commonly associate with traditional Japanese tea preparation. The shop looks like a clean, slightly less commercial Starbucks. They also serve a selection of instagramable cakes and desserts, and they sell delicate looking coffee cups and saucers. It's also very expensive (though not the steepest these sorts of specialty coffeeshops can be); it's 88rmb for a cappuccino, while their original blends go for 100rmb.
