The main location of low-key Shanghainese noodle chain. This one's probably most famous for helping to popularize bullfrog leg noodles in Shanghai, first adding it to their menu in 2010. The owner, Zhou Ronghua, also runs a bullfrog farm in Jiangsu, where he sources his own meat.
