The Westgate Mall outlet of a tea-shop chain started by a young Fujian lady. The outlets tends to go into expensive shopping malls. They've got the standard cheese tea and tea lattes, but the cold drip system is the real draw; laboratory-esque funnels of loose tea leaves and ice cubes result in an exceptionally light tea.
