They stock fresh (non frozen) beef and veal from Australia complimented by a large assortment of pork, lamb and chicken cuts. All with oversight on the whole supplychain, ending up under the glass after being cut to high-end hygiene standards. Their staff (all English-speaking) has chef or butcher background experience, so they can provide advice or tips on how to get the most out of your cut. They also make their own sausages, cordon bleu, roast beef and meatloaf in-house. Delivery is done all over China and their delicatessen sells Italian hams, European cheeses, imported seafood, as well as seasonings, spices, and other condiments.
