Founded in Bangkok around 2016, Jumplify is a franchise that’s bringing aerial dance to the masses. It made it to Shanghai in 2017, with a shop in Xintiandi (that's this one) and spread out to a second Pudong location in December of the same year. Seems just ridiculous enough to be the next big thing — attach a bungee cord to your body and do some sqauts/dance moves. They call it "high intensity, core focused workout in a fusion of dance and aerobics." It’s real fun. Classes happen daily, mostly in the afternoon and evening (studio's open 10am-10pm). Classes are small, capped at 9 students max. Prices are in the 300-400rmb range for a single session.
