Shanghai Leung Sheung Wing Chun teaches the Wing Chun martial art as passed down by Ip Man to Leung Sheung to Kenneth Chung. Leung Sheung, Yip Man's foremost student, placed a strong emphasis on accurate position, structure and relaxation to generate energy. This school's 'internal' style of Wing Chun derives from putting an emphasis on developing a correct body structure, increasing body awareness and mindfulness. The school is run by American David Davila, who studied with Sifu Kenneth Chung in the early 2000s, and offers regular weekly classes and workshops.
