The first downtown store from the Hong Kong chain that bills itself as "dry-aging experts." It's part of 2018's big refurbishment and upgrade of Grand Gateway. They are in the North Building, the annex off the back of the mall. Their beef is Australian, their preferred aging method is "dry" (this fact is hammered down your throat repeatedly), and their vibe is corporate cool. It's a comfortable space that evokes the 1930s but still, it's in a mall. The menu gives off that glossy chain-restaurant vibe. Their burger is pricy and just so-so.
