Little shop on a street that's been for the chop as long anyone can remember, this is a neighborhood spot for shengjianbao and salted pork and greens rice. They make the rice in a shengjianbao pan and it’s excellent. Their shengjianbao are porky, not too juicy and with a nice textured bun.
