Joyfit is a Japanese chain of gyms that have over 250 sites in Japan, and have decided to open a few 24 hour locations over here. There are 3 in Shanghai, this one being the closest to the downtown area. It has a relaxed environment but the busiest hours are between 5-8, during which the gym floor gets a little cosy. Friendly service, cleanliness, and its reasonable price make it a pretty solid option for late-night gym goers.
