Very reasonably priced ping pong hall on the second floor of the Jing'an Worker's Cultural Palace, just over the road from Changping Lu subway. Tang Wei Yi isn't the largest spot in Shanghai, but ticks boxes for convenience and price. 15rmb for an hour, with bats and balls at 3rmb each. Its modest size can mean weekends and evenings are a little busy, and due to the closure of Tang Wei Yi's other spot on Nanyang Lu, it has become Jing'an's ping pong hub. Don't let that deter you though - the friendly staff will make you feel right at home while you wait.
