This is the newer restaurant catered toward the mass market, but the owner-chef is often here to ensure that the food is of the same quality as the flagship. The Huaiyang-centric menu of Jiangsu also covers some Sichuan and Hangzhou classics. One speciality is the Hangzhou water-shield fish soup.
