Opened in 2016, the salon has mostly English-speaking foreign technicians, mostly Russian, with bilingual administrative staff. They've got all kinds of services for hair, manicures and pedicures, sugaring, laser hair removal, eyelash extensions, etc. Prices vary, starting at 150rmb and capping out around 3,500rmb. Entry is through the white door in the building, it's the second door on the fifth floor. Clean, professional environment, easy-going atmosphere, and their beauticians are experienced and well-trained in dealing with foreign hair and skin without causing any damage.
