Shanghai Sketch Group is a community of budding artists and creatives that host figure drawing sessions. Founded in 2014, the group meet most Sunday afternoons at a variety of locations both indoor and outdoor depending on the weather. It's a pretty casual affair - booze is welcome and you can draw or paint using whatever materials you wish. When the session begins, the model will take up a range of poses lasting anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes. Work is then informally discussed post-session and shared via a WeChat group.
