The Bailian Fashion Center is located on the banks of Suzhou Creek, in a building whose heritage dates back to 1929. The project is by Mr. Stefano Boeri, former vice mayor of the city of Milan, and architect who is famous for designing the "Bosco Verticale” in the same city.
