The larger spin-off of the original stocked shelf of instant ramen packets in Taiwanese eatery Bistro Bonbon, operating during the day. This is its own space in a courtyard off Xikang Lu, run by an insatiable ramen fan, who has allegedly tried 300 different kinds of instant noodles, and at one point ate instant noodles every day for two years. It's a little cramped but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. They serve 100 kinds of instant noodles with creative additional toppings for around 40rmb a bowl, and they serve it to you with the ramen packet for your perusal and scrutiny.
