Originally located in Shanghai's very own "Flatiron," the Wukang Mansion, CHOCOholic has relocated to Changle Lu. You'll still find that it's a small shop packed with people trying to instagram their cups. Their signature hot chocolate is dark chocolate topped with marshmallow meringue. They also have white chocolate with matcha powder or pepper powder on top. Rum-laced tiramisu is another popular order.
