    By Coffee opened in September, by a five-year veteran of Uncle No Name Espresso. The key difference here is that they have a large variety of beans for espresso-based drinks, not just one or two, and they come from different roasters around China. It’s “curated”. Most beans are roasted domestically, though some beans for filter coffee are from abroad. Like Miar, the coffee-making area is only separated from customers by a small counter. Tight seating and limited space make it intimate.
