Changle Yard is a private yoga studio with many great teachers. The place has two villa apartments along Changle Lu. Yan, the owner, is highly experienced and dives deep into the practice and the philosophy. Sh teaches a class called Niguma Yoga, which is a very traditional sequence of hatha yoga. They also do prenatal and post-partum yoga. Teachers are multilingual.
