ACOE is a hairsalon founded by Kiki (Shanghai) and Elsa (Taipei), two experienced stylists with over 15 years of experience in Shanghai's hair fashion industry. When they're not running their salon, they can be often found at design contests, fashions shows or taking courses. Calm and low-key spot despite the salon being located on the busiest bit of Julu Lu (right across from MORE THAN EAT). Mix of stylists from different backgrounds, some of whom are English-speaking.
